Christian Adolph is Senior Innovation Manager at E.ON Group Innovation, leading strategic innovation initiatives with a clear focus on e-mobility and new energy. He is responsible for piloting new business models, technologies, and partnerships, managing ventures from business case development to implementation. Prior to E.ON, Christian served as Manager Product Portfolio at Webasto Charging Systems and can draw on four years of experience in management consulting, lastly at Arthur D. Little, where he specialized in automotive strategy, electric mobility, and digital transformation.

With a combination of studies in Business Administration and Telecommunications, he has accumulated 7 years of experience in the dynamic world of electric mobility. Of Spanish-British origin, Juan Michael is a big passionate of the industry and, although he has a lot of experience in the field, he stresses the importance of always keeping up to date due to the constant advances and innovations that characterize this rapidly evolving market.

Dr. Till Kreft has been responsible for Public Affairs and Regulatory for the German-speaking regions at Milence since 2023. In this role, he develops and communicates measures to support the regulatory framework and works to increase the visibility of the topic. He has been part of the charging infrastructure sector for a decade. His journey began at TU Berlin as a research associate, working on applied funding projects related to the provision, financing, and integration of charging infrastructure in the energy industry. After successfully completing his PhD, he held various positions along the value chain at Hubject and Elli (Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH), focusing on Business Development, Regulatory, and Strategy.

Marie is an Electric Vehicle Senior Researcher on the European passenger vehicle team of the ICCT. Her work focuses on charging infrastructure and the connection with the electricity grid. She joined the ICCT in June 2020 and is based in Berlin, Germany. Her technical research and policy recommendations support countries' transition to zero-emission mobility through electric vehicle adoption and charging infrastructure development. Marie holds an Engineering diploma from ISAE-Supaero (France), and an M.S. in Energy, Civil Infrastructure, and Climate focusing on transportation sustainability from UC Berkeley.
