Sunmaxx PVT GmbH manufactures photovoltaic-thermal hybrid modules (PVT). PVT modules supply electricity and heat at the same time. They serve as a direct heat source for brine heat pumps and increase their efficiency. Sunmaxx modules can also be used to cool buildings.

• Monovalent systems: Heating only via PVT and brine heat pump
• Bivalent systems: PVT in combination with geothermal energy (regeneration of geothermal probes and ground collectors)
• Use with high-temperature heat pumps up to 200 °C (process heat)
• Simulation with various planning software (e.g. Polysun)
• PVT can be used for cooling (passive or active)
